Rose and Sparrow was born out of a decade of passion for working with nature's gifts, flowers and the hands, and a call to be of greater service. R&S often uses seasonal foraged flora and native elements gathered from outdoor wanderings to create a more botanically inspired and natural aesthetic, reminiscent of the surrounding landscape, to suit any celebration's locale and style. R&S blends flora in all its life stages, including occasionally dried with fresh stems if appropriate for the event's aesthetic...seeing the beauty all ways, not just in the flower's prime.
Born in Oklahoma, raised in Massachusetts, finishing school in Northern California, back East to New York, off to Germany for University, & later beginning her floral career in San Francisco, this traveling bird has been across the country and the world exploring lands and cultures and taking a piece with her everywhere she travels. A little country, a little city, R&S will bring a relaxed and organic feel to whatever venue you choose, helping create a haven of delight and wonder in which to celebrate your love.
With a passion for travel and exploring different terrain and culture, R&S is honored to travel for your big day. Designing outdoors, and bringing the outdoors in, creating large scale pieces as though 'they grew there' is what makes this creative's heart thrive.
